ROSELAND, NJ – Brach Eichler Injury Lawyers is proud to announce the addition of Peter L. MacIsaac as Counsel in our Litigation Practice Group. Mr. MacIsaac, a seasoned litigator with a focus on personal injury, will operate out of the firm’s headquarters in Roseland.

Mr. MacIsaac joins the firm as a New Jersey Supreme Court Certified Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by only a select group of practitioners who have demonstrated exceptional expertise, substantial experience, and the highest standards of ethics in the courtroom. With over twenty years of experience as a litigator in a New Jersey firm, he has successfully handled a wide array of complex matters, consistently securing favorable outcomes for his clients. He has successfully tried personal injury, medical malpractice, commercial, and chancery cases to verdict.

A long-standing member of the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ), Mr. MacIsaac focuses his practice on representing catastrophically injured individuals and has recovered millions of dollars in compensation. His experience includes cases involving construction accidents, product liability claims, and representing victims of childhood sexual abuse. Notably, he achieved a record settlement with the Archdiocese of Newark in a case involving a Hudson County Parish and School.
