An AI agent applies the provider’s own scoring rules, written and edited in plain language by clinical staff rather than IT, and returns an Eligible, Pending Review, or Ineligible determination along with the reasoning behind it.
The second workflow answers a different question: which eligible referrals should get the next open bed.
