Milco MFG, LLC, a Farmington Hills, Michigan manufacturer of portable mini golf courses, attended the annual IOA Convention in Lebanon, Tennessee, connecting with rental business owners and event operators to introduce the company’s latest product innovations across its full portable mini golf lineup.

Milco Brings New Products and Upgrades to the IOA Convention Floor

The IOA Convention gave Milco MFG the opportunity to put its upgraded product line in front of the rental industry’s most active operators. Attendees got a firsthand look at improvements across the LED and LED Blacklight Glow course systems, including extended battery performance, refined transport cart mechanics, and an expanded obstacle catalog that adds new theming and gameplay options for rental operators.

Every product in the Milco lineup received upgrades heading into the 2026 season. The LED Glow course now runs up to 25 hours on a single charge. The LED Blacklight Glow course operates as a fully self-contained unit with built-in blacklight strips, a rechargeable battery lasting up to 8 hours, and externally mounted power switches that allow customers to run the course independently with one button press.

New Obstacle Lines Expand Theming and Gameplay Options

Two new obstacle lines drew significant attention on the convention floor. The Wertz line, developed in collaboration with Wertz Werkz, introduces a series of industrial-strength plastic obstacles built to handle continuous rental use. The Wertz collection includes arch bridges, suspension bridges, left and right crossover bridges, and a log cabin — all designed to withstand heavy traffic without chipping or denting.

The returning Fun Figures line rounds out the new obstacle offerings with a set of lightweight, themed plastic characters that store flat and click into place on any fairway surface. Available themes include:
