Apartment List Launches the A-Suite Board, an Invitation-Only Advisory Program Leading up to AIM Conference

Apartment List, an AI-powered multifamily leasing platform, today announced the launch of the A-Suite Board, an invitation-only advisory program composed of 35 of the industry’s most respected multifamily executives and operators. The A-Suite Board brings these leaders inside the work, informing product decisions before they ship, shaping long-term strategic direction, and deepening trust with partners who understand what’s at stake.

The program brings together two groups with distinct mandates, an Advisory Board of 20 enterprise and mid-market operators engaged in day-to-day leasing and operations and an Executive Advisory Board of 15 senior industry veterans. The Advisory Board will serve as ground-level liaisons, focusing on near-term product performance and adoption. While the Executive Advisory Board will serve as a north star, focusing on long-term strategy, market trends and the evolving role of AI in multifamily.

“For more than a decade, Apartment List has focused on innovating alongside our operator partners to deliver real value across the rental journey. The A-Suite Board is the natural next chapter,” said Matthew Woods, CEO of Apartment List. “AI is reshaping what is possible in multifamily, and by bringing the foremost thought leaders in the industry even closer into our product and strategy conversations, we are going to accelerate that evolution and build the next generation of rental technology together.”

Board members include seasoned executives and industry experts like Greg Benson, Managing Director at Greystar, Josh Draughn, SVP of Marketing at Hillpointe, Anthony Paganucci, Founder & CEO of Brynson, Kyra Lambo, VP of Marketing at Equity Residential, and Dana Pate, Founder & CEO of Stitched Marketing, several of whom previously served on the boards of other leading property technology companies. Participants were identified through ongoing industry conversations and selected based on portfolio scale, strategic influence and a willingness to engage honestly. Members have a shared belief – that multifamily technology should be more transparent, more efficient and more accountable to the operators who rely on it.

“Renters deserve a search experience built around their needs, not landlord convenience. Apartment List has always understood that and is constantly innovating to stay ahead of the status quo. Joining the A-Suite Board gives me the opportunity to help shape a platform that’s doing something genuinely important, making the process of finding a home better for renters and the partners alike,” said Paul Edgeman, CMO at Thrive Communities.

The A-Suite board will meet in structured sessions throughout the year, with both groups convening in-person at key industry events, including the AIM Conference. Learn more here.
